The weekly stay begins and ends on Saturday. The guests will be received after 16.00 on the day of arrival and will kindly leave their apartments before 09.00a.m. on the day of departure.

Annulments:

Until 30 days before the arrival Reimbursement of deposit holding back 10% for expenses restitution
From 29 to 15 days before the arrival 50% Reimbursement of the deposit
From 14 to 7 days before the arrival Loss of the whole deposit
From 6 day of the arrival 50% Payment of the whole stay

It is also possible to hold back 80% of the deposit for a following stay, if the maximum annulment 20 days are communicated, before the arrival.
